The Winter Rabbit is devastated when the inescapable advent of the spring season replaces his beloved snowy surroundings with bright flowers and blue skies. Turntale is a story about how one finds belonging in a shifting environment Driven by music, Turntale features a score (written and performed by Jake Deodato) that combines piano, acoustic bass, percussion, and wind instruments. The score for Turntale works together with the animated imagery to tell the "tail" of the unwelcome arrival of spring. |
